Submitting Your Manuscript

Before beginning the submission process, please ensure that your manuscript complies with all journal requirements and formatting guidelines.

Author Declarations

As part of submission, you will be required to confirm that:

The manuscript is your original work.

You hold the necessary rights to the content.

The work is being submitted for first publication in this journal.

It is not under consideration elsewhere and has not been previously published.

You have obtained and can provide permissions for any copyrighted material reproduced in your manuscript (e.g., figures, tables, or text excerpts not owned by you).

Note: The journal may accept manuscripts that have been posted on recognized preprint servers.

Online Submission via ScholarOne

All manuscripts should be submitted through ScholarOne Manuscript Central.

Authorship and Consent

Manuscripts must be submitted with the consent of all contributing authors.

The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that:

All individuals who contributed to the work are listed as authors.

Author names, affiliations, and contact details are accurate and consistent across all submission materials.

All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript before submission.

Uploading Your Files

Ensure that all required files are uploaded individually to the submission portal. The following documents are required:

1. Cover Letter

Include a brief cover letter addressed to the Editor.
Explain why your manuscript is suitable for publication in this journal and highlight its key contributions or relevance to the field.

2. Title Page

Provide a Title Page containing all identifying author information, as outlined in Preparing Your Manuscript for Submission.

Note: The Title Page will not be shared with peer reviewers to maintain anonymity.

3. Main Manuscript

Upload your properly formatted and anonymized manuscript.

Ensure that the document is free of any identifying details.

All author information should appear only on the Title Page.

Verify that your manuscript falls within the scope of the journal.
This version will be sent to peer reviewers.

4. Figures and Images

All figures must be embedded in the main manuscript in the order they are cited.

Figures will appear in the final publication in the same sequence.

Image resolution must be 300 dpi.

5. Author Information

Provide a complete list of authors with their institutional affiliations.

The author information entered during submission must exactly match the details on the Title Page.

Include full names, academic affiliations, and contact details for the corresponding author.

All authors must meet the authorship criteria and provide written consent for submission.

6. Additional Information

You may be asked to supply the following details:

Total number of figures, tables, and words in your manuscript.

A declaration of conflicting interests, both in the submission system and on your manuscript or Title Page.

Any supplemental files or reporting guidelines, where relevant.
